What Is Family Therapy?

Family therapy is a type of psychological support that involves two or more family members working through challenges together. You don’t have to be in crisis to begin — some families seek therapy to:

Navigate conflict more constructively

Support a family member experiencing mental health concerns

These are moments when our relational patterns are tested, and they can reveal areas that need attention, healing, or re-alignment.
