Professional Psychological Services
Trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and formulation-led support for professionals, organisations, and referrers.
I provide clinical supervision, private referrals, therapy for professionals, and psychologically informed training for therapists, psychologists, case managers, rehabilitation teams, schools, organisations, and professional referrers.
As an HCPC-registered Counselling Psychologist and Chartered Psychologist, I bring more than 14 years of experience across NHS, forensic, health and justice, community, academic, and private practice settings. My work is grounded in psychological formulation, trauma-informed practice, cultural responsiveness, and reflective practice.
My specialist interests include trauma and PTSD, neurodivergence, cultural identity, migration, bicultural experiences, belonging, rehabilitation, and adjustment following significant life disruption. I also provide bilingual psychological services in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, recognising that emotional experience, recovery, identity, and relationships are often deeply connected to language, culture, and context.

Private Referrals
Specialist psychological therapy and consultation for privately funded referrals, case managers, rehabilitation pathways, schools, organisations, and multidisciplinary teams. Areas commonly include trauma, neurodivergence, adjustment following injury or significant life disruption, cultural and language considerations, and complex psychological presentations.

Therapy for Professionals
Confidential therapy for therapists, healthcare professionals, educators, leaders, and helping professionals navigating burnout, emotional responsibility, trauma exposure, cultural identity, and significant life transitions.
This service may be particularly relevant for those navigating life across different identities, cultures, languages, expectations, or professional worlds, including those who have often found themselves moving between different worlds, communities, or ways of belonging, whether through migration, bicultural experiences, international mobility, or other life circumstances.
