Extensive Clinical Experiences
I have over 7 years of experiences in the NHS mental health setting. I have also worked across other clinical, community, educational & corporate settings. I have supported over hundred of clients/service users encompassing various cultures and countries of origins, diverse psychosocial and generational issues.

I walk with you to break stigma surrounding support seeking, irrespective of gender, class, race, religion/faith, or work identity.
Anyone can be truly understood and supported to re-own their true selves and achieve betterment.
I invest in building Deep Work with you. I pay careful attention to cultivating a sense of psychological safety, before you feel more able to address trauma and overcome difficulties.

Culturally Sensitive Approach
I welcome individuals who recognise their experiences and identities that may not be well understood by others, including those with bicultural identities, with unspoken trauma, those who are exploring their sexuality, or those who question who they really are and what they want.
