Meet Dr Tiffany Leung — Chartered Psychologist & Culturally Responsive Therapist
Hi / ä½ å¥½, I’m Tiffany.
I’m a psychologist who brings a culturally responsive, compassionate approach to therapy — grounded in deep listening, cross-cultural understanding, and a belief that healing is also about growth, not just recovery.
You can discover about my vision for therapy and my journey on this page or explore more about my credentials here.
My Vision for Therapy
Life doesn’t always follow a smooth path. Whether you’re navigating stress, identity questions, or emotional overwhelm, therapy can offer a safe space to pause, make sense of things, and move forward with intention.
My approach is rooted in the belief that growth is the foundation of mental health. I’ve seen how therapy can open doors to self-awareness, relational depth, and renewed resilience — even in the toughest moments.
You don’t have to do it alone. Therapy with me is collaborative, culturally sensitive, and always shaped around your unique story.
I offer a space where healing and growth happen not through pressure, but through understanding, reflection, and real human connection.

A Personal Commitment to Inclusion and Accessibility
My own path to becoming a psychologist was deeply shaped by experiences of bullying and exclusion growing up.
These moments taught me what it means to feel unseen — and how powerful it can be to feel understood.
That’s why I care so much about building therapeutic spaces where everyone feels welcome, especially those who’ve been marginalised or misunderstood.
From bicultural clients to international students, I aim to meet you where you are — emotionally, culturally, and relationally.

Areas I Work With :

My practice is flexible and trauma-informed, and I often integrate psychoeducation, coaching, and culturally adaptive tools to meet your specific needs.
Cultural Roots & Global Lens
I was born in Hong Kong, a vibrant intersection of East and West.
After completing my doctoral training in psychology at the University of Manchester, I chose to stay and continue my work in a city that mirrors my belief in diversity, dialogue, and depth.
My bicultural identity enriches the way I practise. I understand what it means to live between worlds — and I integrate that insight into therapy with those navigating cultural transitions, belonging, and identity development.

Beyond the Therapy Room
I’m also passionate about mainstreaming mental health in Asian and diasporic communities, especially through creative outreach and educational content in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
And outside of work? I’m a travel enthusiast, a sustainability learner (on a mission to green my daily habits!), and someone who genuinely enjoys connecting across cultures and ideas.
