Dr Tiffany Leung is a Chartered Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC PYL37169) and the British Psychological Society (BPS 808205). She works in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, bringing a trilingual and intercultural perspective to her clinical practice, supervision, and training work.

Her professional background spans NHS complex mental health services and independent practice. Within the NHS, she worked with adults presenting with a wide range of complex mental health difficulties, developing particular depth in formulation-based approaches, trauma-informed practice, and the systemic factors shaping psychological distress. In her private practice, she offers psychological therapy, clinical supervision for qualified and trainee practitioners, and professional training for organisations and clinical teams.

Tiffany's clinical focus sits at the intersection of three areas she regards as inseparable in effective psychological practice: trauma-informed thinking, neurodivergent-affirming care, and intercultural and systemic formulation. She works with adults navigating the long-term effects of complex trauma, late-identified neurodivergent adults, particularly those whose presentations were missed or misread earlier in life, and clients managing the psychological demands of bicultural identity, migration, and living across cultural worlds simultaneously.

Tiffany holds an honorary lectureship at the University of Manchester, where she teaches intercultural public health. Her academic and clinical work share a common thread: the conviction that psychological difficulty cannot be understood, formulated, or treated without attending to the cultural, systemic, and relational conditions within which it has developed.

Tiffany writes for practitioners as well as for the clients and individuals she works with. Her articles address formulation, trauma, neurodivergence, identity, and the realities of intercultural psychological experience, written from inside clinical practice, not above it.
